Routine Services, Repairs and Parts
Routine servicing and maintenance will not only help keep your access platform & forklift truck reliable (and legally compliant under LOLER 98 and Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER)), it will give you an early warning of any potential problems that could result in unexpected, costly repairs and unnecessary downtime.
We offer a comprehensive service for all access platforms and forklift trucks and also carry out machine refurbishment and repairs – accident damage, hydraulic and electrical repairs and chain inspections. An impartial detailed report is provided and repair estimates supplied where required
Once Off Maintenance
Our engineers can cater for all types of machine refurbishment and repair – accident damage, hydraulic repairs, electrical repairs and new batteries, chain inspections, engine repair and safety enhancements including rope replacements. Once your machine has been repaired we can then issue you an up to date LOLER Inspection Report and LOLER Test Certificate if needed
Annual Maintenance
From a tidy-up of your machine with new decals and rust treatment to a full repaint and mechanical inspection, we can make your access equipment look as good as new. Once your machine has been repaired we can then issue you an up-to-date LOLER Inspection Report and LOLER Test Certificate if needed
Replacement Parts
To get the most out of a machine, it is essential to keep it in optimum working order. This means regular servicing and pre start checks, which will help to hold it’s value and work effectively for longer and will anticipate any mechanical risks on the following parts:
– Safety systems and controls including sensors, emergency lowering, stop buttons, limiters and
communication systems
– All parts of the work platform/basket including the floor and gates, guardrails and toe boards
and safety harness points
– Screws, nuts and bolts, bearings, hydraulics, electrics, ropes and chains
– Batteries, power supplies and pumps
– Hydraulics and electrics
– Chassis and stabilisers
Short Term Hire
We offer short term hire if your machine is temporarily out of service, day to day or week to week hiring option allows for constant access to required machinery to prevent loss of production or down time
Our Access Platforms and forklift trucks can be delivered quickly and efficiently direct to your site or chosen location as soon as you have confirmed which machine you require
We provide high quality powered and non-powered access equipment making working at heights a safer, easier and more efficient task.
You also have a choice of gas,diesel or electric forklift trucks and All of our equipment takes just minutes set up and use on site, whether you are looking for relatively low working heights or powered machines to meet larger access requirements.
The majority of our fleet is on 3.5 tonne, which means they can be driven on a standard UK/EU driving license. You can hire self-drive platforms up to a working height of 20 meters.
